Err...what's wrong with my harddrive?
« on: April 16, 2008, 11:13:00 PM »
Just went into my external HD and saw this:

wtf

My folders and files are still there, but so is this bullshit. I've only had it for a little over a month.

Uhhh are you sure those aren't just hidden folders? Check to see if the option is turned on in Folder options.

Yeah, they're not. They're still there even after I turn the option off. I guess demi's right.

So I just have to reformat it, right? It's not a sign that it's gonna die soon?

If it was gonna die soon, you'd know it because it would already be dead

Sorry no one's helping you. :( Maybe a bump will help.

If it were me, I'd try hitting it a couple of times to see if that did anything.

[This is why I don't fix computer stuff.]

My 8gb flash drive had that happen too. Had to reformat it and I still get issues occasionally.

Thanks for the bump nikki. :)

I'll try what you suggested when I get home from school, Groo.

What was in that Zelda folder?  Hentai?

Your HD is speaking to you in African because your ancestors have possessed the drive in order to speak to you and bring you back to your roots.  You need to go to the library and learn about Africa and how to speak African so you can see what mysteries your ancestors are entrusted to you.  I could be your white nerdy sidekick to help you when you're struggling and together find out that we're all brothers in life.

This would be a great movie.  :-*
