For me it's Windowed WoW (at 1680x1050) + Digsby + Firefox (for Wowwiki and Wowhead) + movie/tv playing fullscreen on my laptop.

i have fullscreen wow on laptop plus dvd playback on the tv plus frequent alt-tabbing for im and web browsing plus psp for flight point gaming

Don't play WoW, but this is the first time I'm using a dual screen set up (laptop plus monitor), and it's so damn nice being able to browse on one screen and have a movie going on another.  No more windowed apps.
