i don't know whether to feel bad for her or not. i mean, she attention whored to the highest degree and worked pretty hard to hide her teeth at the same time. on the other hand, just that fact makes me think she must have serious self esteem problems because of them. the whole time in the video she was covering her teeth when she laughed, as if she was thinking "oh shit, my secret's out."

the whole tv thing was pretty unflattering anyway, she had no make-up on and her hair wasn't done up like is usually the case in her videos.

still, her teeth are pretty bad and i can understand why she's so self-conscious about them. i don't even know if teeth like those can be fixed with braces at this point... she might need a whole new grill.

I got the impression that a whole lot of it was just her insistence on being as 'Japanese' as she could. That's a pretty common gesture of embarassment/surprise among Japanese girls (and to a lesser extent, guys).
