The reason is that I've been up for 26 hours, on two quadruple espressos, at a coffeeshop which is subjecting me to a 90s XM radio station

Japanese pop culture seems to have progressed from a funhouse-mirror version of 80s American pop culture to a funhouse-mirror version of 90s American pop culture, sadly =(
