I guess I'm kinda the opposite of you.  I loathe Logan and could have done without him in either of the last two seasons.  I, for the most part, enjoyed season 3, even if the pacing on the last 2 mini-arcs was a bit off due to the show's episode order being cut multiple time.  Also, the actor that played Weevil got sick with something, and he was on medical steroids or something ins eason 3, hence him looking puffy and acne-y.

I didn't really like Logan when he first got with Veronica and preferred Duncan , but after someone as shitty as Piz comes along you really start to appreciate Logan. You can't tell me that Piz is a more interesting character.

I'm not even sure I understand what happened with the Kendall Casablancas thing in the beginning, and those last couple of arcs were pretty shitty, and I'm not sure if I could have taken 3 more years of college before they planned to do the FBI stuff. I would have liked to have seen how the whole Sheriff thing was going to turn out though. 

I'm not even sure if the FBI stuff would have worked. After watching the special preview thing on the DVD, I just can't buy Kristen Bell as an FBI agent. When she pulled out the gun I almost started laughing.

All S2 and S3 really do is serve to show how amazing S1 was.
