What great DS classics am I missing?
« on: May 06, 2008, 10:39:45 PM »
I'm trying to think of all the DS games I haven't gotten to yet. I've been through the big hits (Phoenix Wright, Hotel Dusk, castlevanias, Trauma Center), the nerd faves (World EndsW ith You, Crystal Chronicles, Ninja Gaiden), puzzlers (Prof. Layton, Picross) and the obscure (Shiren, Pokemon Shiren, Nethack, FF3, Anno 1701,Etrian Odyssey, Rune Factory).

What great/weird/unmissable games am I not noticing?

This, along with Ouendan 1 and 2. Meteos and New Super Mario Bros. are also pretty awesome.

I'll assume demi's being sarcastic, but I admit to personally enjoying Heroes of Mana a lot.  I wouldn't recommend it to others though, unless like me you're a fan of Mana series/Shimomura, interested in the RTS genre without having much experience in it, and willing to put up with a lot of system and interface idiosyncracies.

Canvas Curse is also pretty awesome.  It's hard to find now, though.

This man speaks my language. Rondo of Swords is obscenely difficult.
