I only had 3. I'm thinking of downloading 1 and 2 on PSN. Is 1 really archaic and shitty or should I go for it? Is 2 better than 3?

I can't think of another game that has inspired even half as many bitter arguments about whether or not the game gives unfair advantage to one player. And then when the other dude gets 3 or 4 aku akus in a row, that's god damned grounds for a swift and righteous punch right then and there.

How can people be saying CTR? That's a kart game, and not a platformer. You can't compare it to the main series just because they feature the same characters, they are different games.

Crash Bandicoot 2 is the best. Like I've said (too) many times before, it's my favorite platformer.

I would love to play CTR. I missed it when I owned a PSone. But it gets amazing praise to this day. And I love arcadey racers.
