Is it just about hygiene? Is it genetic? Is it that people who look a certain way are likely to be treated a certain way during childhood which inclines them to become pedophiles? Or what?

I thought pedophilia was a psychological disorder that caused people to actually be sexually attracted to children over adults, not to settle for children as their second choice when they can't get adults.

it's not a psychological disorder, it's either A) the body type they happen to be attracted to or B) a rebellion/reaction against societal norms, which has some psychological basis. It wouldn't be correct to say it's an illness--there's no chemical imbalance to account for. Though pedos are often depressed/schizo.

As for your question, I don't know, but they are all uniformly freaky

Yes... within days of the Interpol photo posting.

Interpol's plea to the international community for help was so effective they are going to do this a second time, with the guy in the picture just above Swirlyface's (IIRC).
