I'm considering, but probably after a price drop.  I'm holding off on everything until I beat Persona 3, GTAIV, MGS4, and maybe DDS2.

plus, I wasn't all that excited about what little I played of it on the 360.  part of that was due to the amazingly bad frame rate and tearing.
