drinking card games

My gogle-fu is failing me.

There's this card game you play while drinking called King's or King's Cup. Every card means something; 3 is me, so whoever draws a 3 drinks. 4 is to the floor, so everyone puts their hands to the floor when someone draws a floor and the slowest person drinks.

But we can't remember what all the cards mean and my friend threw away her list. Does anyone play this/played it in like college and remember what all the cards stand for?
