I don't think it really matters.

I really hope the developers don't feel the same way as you and change The Joker they use in the game to be more PC or something like that.  Actually, I wouldn't mind that at all if they put in a carbon copy version of the Joker from The Killing Joke or something.

Personally, I think it will be more of an issue on 360/PS3 where he could look much more realistic. It'll be interesting to see how they handle it, of course, considering the usual quality of movie tie-in games, I'll probably never play it anyway. :P
