Watch the Final Cut. Then watch the awesome 'Making Of..'. Then watch the final cut again, with director's commentary.

I know I did.

If you want to truly appreciate the movie, watch the theatrical cut first. Then watch the vastly superior Final Cut and prepare to be completely blown away by how much better it is.
