New Gameplay Video of Ghostbusters: The Game

I'm liking it so far. The slime tethers seem kinda gimmicky, though. I could probably do without them. I hope they keep the music from the movie in there and it's not just placeholder.

it's sort of funny how they made a game with a decent physics and lighting engine but then the publishers told them it would be totally awesome (read: profitable) if they just made it a ghostbusters game.  I hope the game will be good though.

That actually looks like it can turn out to be good.  Is it single player only or does it have co-op?

and why is there a Lego Indiana Jones and Batman when a Lego Ghostbusters would be so much better.

Looks cool. :D

I hope they get rights to Rick Moranis and Sigourney Weaver's likenesses.

That's a must. I like how they used other music from the film too.

I think it's got a good chance at being good. I read the script was written by Ramis and Akroyd and they've said this is basically part 3. I'm wondering if it's the Ghostbusters go to Hell plot or something different. The guys are all doing voice work for it, even Murray (then again he did the shit fest Garfield movies so I would be super pissed if they couldn't get him in the studio for even a day's worth of recording). Only thing going against is is the developers: Terminal Reality. Their stuff hasn't been well received by the gaming press. I loved their stuff, though. Bloodrayne 1 and 2 were great IMO.
