my nose is all clogged up, sneezing all the time, eyes feel like shit. I was going to make a pizza but whats the fucking point when I can't taste it anyway :'(

My grandparents were born and raised in North Dakota. My parents were born and raised in North Dakota. I was born and raised in North Dakota... the only place i've ever experienced allergies has been North Dakota. You would think that as a 3rd generation that shit would have been worked out, but, nope. Fuck that place, yet another reason why I will never go back there (hint: my parents and brothers no longer live there either)

I have a weak sense of smell as it is, but I hate not being able to taste stuff.

I know someone who has lost her sense of smell and it seems that taste is very heavily affected by that as well.  It's been gone for a couple of months now. 

As if taste being severely diminished isn't enough, it would suck to not be able to smell when something is burning.

Your problem is allergy-induced, which can be treated and managed. A friend of mine was run over by a car, and when he was taken in for surgery the anesthesiologist went overboard; as a consequence, he can no longer smell or taste anything - for over a decade now. You can give him a lump of salt or pureed jalapeņos and he wouldn't know it. The only thing he can make out are textures.
