Anyone getting it or thinking about getting it? I was thinking about getting it if I decide to trade in GTAIV but I'm not too sure since the main draw is online and there is a slim chance of this having a decent community.

I went back and played the original Lost Planet a few months ago, and found a LARGE amount of players still playing away.  I don't think community is going to be an issue here.

I really enjoyed LP's multiplayer, so I am all over this game.  It isn't coming out here until the 29th though.

Yes I do, and I still play it regularly.  I think I'm like the only one on this forum that still does though.    

You already played GTA4, forget about Saints Row and play something different.  If anything, wait for Saints Row 2.

So there's cross-platform play. Did not know that. Probably going to get the PC version then. Tre said there's some weird mouse aiming problem in the original, but I'm going to play the trail version right now and see what the fuck he's talking about. And even if there is, I could play with the 360 pad if I want to.

I played some of the QWET beta on the PC a while back.  It was like a better Battlefield future than Battlefield 2142, but it wasn't nearly as good as Battlefield 2 and didn't buy it later on.

Plays like a dream.  I played with a match with 14 jappas and only one other red blooded north american, lag was barely noticable in that match.  :usa

The end as in the final boss fight?  some people hated the change in controls but I liked it and it's easy so you may as well finish the game.

You should probably get blue dragon and SR instead.  LP:C is probably the same length as the last one and could probably be finished in a rental period.

Have some fun with them.  Last year a buddy of mine and I would go into rooms, and the drunken hicks would see the Japanese flags next to our names, assume we were Japanese, and let loose.  We had a lot of fun verbally owning them.   

Change your flag, use a fake accent, and go nuts.  If you're really good, you can piss them off so much that they'll do terrible in-game and give you a better rank.
