I think it had a novel perspective, but could have done a lot better. The movie didn't make me care about the characters, which is a crime given that the movie is forcing me to see from their POV. Nor did it make me believe in the characters' motivations, and the plot contrivances along those lines weren't convincing in the least (they have to literally impale the girl on the spot to explain why she hasn't left her apt?) It wasn't a "fun" movie, nor was the action particularly interesting, but I can understand liking the camera / shot contrivance and the fact that it didn't lay everything out for you (although Children of Men f/e did that a lot better).
