Sounds like Humboldt Park, although the picture is missing the mysterious fog, the half-shoes and the dismembered cats.

I'll go check tomorrow morning and see if I see any of those things. Hopefully I won't have mysteriously transported myself to Chicago, though.

I wish I lived in a place like that, I could target shoot all the time. NY is awesome but I'm not upstate enough for that.
