yes

after you beat EO1 you are given a code which carries over a few things like your characters/guild name/town medal/etc

I dont think it carries over their levels or equipment

Game wasn't my cup of tea.

I love exploration and RPG's so I thought I'd love this naturally, but there's simply too much grinding required and it's way too easy to screw up your party. There didn't seem to be anything special about the battle system either. If I want to play endless RPG battles that have nothing particularly special about them, I'll play... every other RPG out there.

Very lovely enemy artwork, though.

There's this room in B3F with TWO FOEs... I dunno how I am gonna explore that. And there's this path that is constantly patrolled by an FOE. It seems some FOEs cannot be avoided... and thus it must DIE

nah, I only managed to take down those guys after I had done the 2nd stratum. there are certain areas in the game that are intended to be explored later on

not all FOEs on B3F are stalkers iirc, there some big bull guys and jackalopes too

Immunize takes a ton of TP to cast, though. I havent put any in TP Up, either.

its takes less tp as you level it up

it lessens all damage from everything, not just elements, its completely broken

its brings like 400hp attacks down to 2-20hp damage, ridiculous

This game is so addicting... it's all I've been playing. I'm on B4F, taking down Wolves like they are bitches (Now Level 12). I try not to use the GameFAQs map until I have cleared (that I know of) the map, then I look and see if there are any hidden paths or stuff I may have missed.

What is good tactic for Fenrir? Just Immunize and beat him down?

yeah pretty much. Immunize every 4-5 turns (however long it lasts) and that bich cant touch you

I wish I knew about Immunize before I fought Fenrir. That bitch was hard. I managed to beat him though thanks to my Protector and Troubadour (is that what they were called?).

Protectors seem to be pretty shitty. All I have is Defender (took me like 20 points too just to get it), and no special attacks or abilities. They just attack, and aren't even as strong as my Landsnekt.

Also, the enemies on B6F destroy me in like two fucking hits. What's up with that? Holy shit.

Not for me. They're really helpful in the harder fights. From what I remember, I used that one ability that defended the front row and I used my Troubadour to raise everyone's attack power and defense. My sword dude and magician did all the attacking along with my Troubadour after I used her important spells and my healer.....healed.

Those other two moves (B Guard / F Guard) sometimes dont even work. It says "may protect"

My Survivalist is more useful, especially since his Agility makes him go first, and he has abilities like Ambush and Multihit

I'm also trying to go quick, because I want to get right into EO2 with everyone, lol. I'm Level 15 right now, B6F. Having the option to warp straight to B6F -and- save at that teleporter is awesome.

I'm considering resting my Alchemist and focusing on Elemental spells now. Good or bad idea? He currently has 10 points in Poison, which could be useful in beefing up some Elemental skills.

demi, you're at the point where Poison is only going to get less and less useful. Rest your alchy, drop Poison like a bad habit and focus on one or two elements instead. Ok... what do you do with the Wyvern? I enter his lair, and try to find the hidden paths that the map on GameFAQs shows, but they aren't popping up for me. The Wyvern is at least 5x my strength, so that is out of the question. Nothing popped up saying I should head back to the Guild for a mission... wtf?

Btw, I just lost at least 2 hours progress thanks to some flowers

So yeah, pretty pissed off right now

Oh okay. I remember doing some optional mission thing early on in the 2nd stratum where you had to plant some seeds or flowers. When you did, you got attacked by like 4-5 sets of bees back to back.
