I was expecting some dark, horrid, self loathing music that all the goths used to listen to.

Instead i got N.E. Other poppy/punk/alt squalkings.

The current 'emo' isnt TRUE emo. MCHs music gets about as emo as any other pop band, their just some kinda weird punk band that likes to wear make up and dress weird.

However I have taken a liking to Panic At The Disco lately. Their new album Pretty Odd is actually really good, but only because the singer has discovered the beatles and treats it like some amazing uncovering that no one else has found before. Their first album isn't as emo as I thought it would be either

I like Helena from MCR only because it's catchy.  Saw them in concert (Muse opened!  That's why we went) and he was a douchebag.

I was extremely disappointed when I heard Panic at the Disco for the first time. With a name like that, I was expecting dance rock, stuff like The Rapture or LCD Soundsystem... not pop punk
