I can't wait for this game, BIA on the PS2 had a fantastic story. I hope BIA can transfer to modern combat as well as CoD4 did.

Um, the new BIA game happens during Operation Market Garden. It's still a western front WW2 setting.

they still have more WWII to go before they wrap that storyline up, then they'll slap a "modern war" skin over it like cod4 did and everyone will jizz over it even though it's still the same game underneath

I don't know, that video of Brothers in Arms Snoopers and Blim posted last year (?) looked pretty damn awesome....awesome enough for me to actually consider buying another WWII game that isn't RTCW2, but these screens look....uh, not so good.  I mean look at that modular damage in the church pews.  Seemed to me the damage was much more dynamic in those old videos than what's being represented here.  Of course these are just screens so it might be a misinterpretation.

They are laying it on pretty damned thick in that trailer, eh? At this rate, it'll be more Lifetime/Hallmark than History Channel by the time it releases. The drama is made to look down right stupid by how shitty the human characters look.
