I think the midget. Because you could tell your friends that the mildly distinguished mentally-challenged person was like, Italian or something. The midget is just a midget, and we know for a fact that all midgets are cannibals.

Everyone can also plainly see that the midget is, in fact, a midget. If the distinguished mentally-challenged person, for instance, had a British accent, it might be hard to pick up.

There are many factors that must be considered before answering this question. It's very vague. It's just like "Would you date an Asian?" Well what type of person are we talking about here? Do you both connect? Do you have common interest? ...etc. The list can be endless.
