duckroll et al: Lord of Vermilion developers?

I know nobody cares about this game cuz it's J-arcade-only and all, but I'm curious whether it's an internal or external project and who's working on it.  There doesn't seem to be any info at all aside from Uematsu and the guest illustrators (considering how much they're publicizing the guests, you'd think they'd at least tell us who did the main image illustrations for the game).

Dunno, but the cards I saw seemed to have artwork from Amano, Nomura, and Yoshida artwork.

It's definitely a really big art project from SE, that's the reason I'm even mildly interested in it.

Uemetsu's composing too? Cool.

only a minority of the guest illustrators seem to be current or former SE-employed or SE-associated folk, so that doesn't really shed much light on the question.

Sword of Vermillion was the best game on the Genesis.  It hasn't aged well, though :(
