The code works but it only for online play and not demo? Eat a dick, Microsoft. I want to play the Ninja Gaiden 2 demo, I am on Gold for my US account which doesn't work, and even after entering a code for free 2 day Gold you wont let me download the demo? bullshit.

So...it's Ninja Gaiden. Looks like the original (or Sigma I guess), plays like it...new moves and such, only now with added frame rate issues and SLOOOOOOOOOOOOOOWDOOOOOOWWWWN, yeah!

I really don't like the camera. Gonna get it anyway tho!

The cutscenes are really stupid. At the end, he sees two towers, so he climbs the left one to the very top and sees Dante getting slapped around, do he jumps from the left tower to the right one except lands through a window several floors down.

Gameplay is still fun, but it sucks it is limited to easy mode.

yes, but only in one or two areas with a lot of enemies. there's also tearing there. hope it's not in the final version

btw the demo is incredible. sucks that it's easy mode but you get access to 4 fully upgraded weapons and their entire moveset (sword, lunar, scythe, claws). I've already played through it 3 times

There was some minor slowdown and tearing in Sigma. Does NG2 seem better or worse in that regard?

Well, it's certainly NG

.

I can definitely see camera issues. However the gameplay is still bloody awesome, weapons are kick-ass. Fluid controls and animation.

In all, it looks and feels samey = NG 1.5. People are going to look at this the same way they looked at Halo 3.

and Crackdown!

well, that was actually because of the Halo 3 beta, but if you go back you see a lot of nerds were sold on that game after the demo.

Also Dead Rising and Lost Planet.

I bought Crackdown for Crackdown's sake. I played the Halo 3 beta exactly twice. I actually saw my 360 shrug.

However I guess I can wait to buy NG2 until I actually play through the Ninja Gaiden Black I bought a few months ago.

Unfortunately it's true. However I'm glad that it broke now rather than 6 months later when the 3 years RROD warranty expires.

So last night, I spent more time on the PS3 than I ever have...

... trying to get streaming video working properly on it. Awesome!

I can play all my PS1 and PS2 games which is something I can't say about my Xbox games. A good chunk of my Xbox games can't be played on the 360 and those games are usually the best ones (like Orta and Oddworld Stranger). The PS3 may have also had problems at launch where PS2 games looked like ass on it, so I would knock it for that. Then again when the 360 launched it had very few games working let alone working perfectly (I remember people saying there were problems with Forza, but I don't know if they went away in later updates).

and isn't 80 gig on sale still? I don't know what SKU confusion Sony and Microsoft are up to these days, but I thought it is 80 gig and 40 gig are the ones currently on the market.

80GB has been out of production for months, will see limited release in June and then who knows what.

My uncle has been trying to track one down since Jan or Feb and was told it's out of production until June. It's not listed on the site of any major retailer.
