Battle Fantasia

Anyone else get this?  I got the 360 version and am really enjoying it online.  The game's more simplistic play style (think mid-90's 2D fighter, only in 2.5d and with parrying) makes it perfect for online play. 

Thought the same thing when I first played the arcade version last year; unfortunately it died out ultra-quick in the arcades out here.   

I recommend trying it if you like fighters...ignore the bleh PSN demo; why that didn't offer multiplayer is beyond me.

I'm loving the shit out of this; it's nice to have competition again since the arcade version died so damn fast.  I'm currently ranked #45.  Managed to beat the #5 player, too.  The #1 guy is just   .

I might double dip and get the PS3 version too.

I'm kind of tempted because I like having the quirky Japanese titles on my gamercard (honest), but I just know this is gonna be 2000-3000 yen in a few weeks, so...

In Tokyo maybe, certainly not out here.

Screw it, I got the PS3 version now too.  Paid 4000 yen for it (point card!), so not too bad.  That means I paid about 8000 yen for both games counting the point cards I used, which is cheaper than some people have paid to import it for one system.

like always the ps3 versions are region free.  the asian 360 version might be but the japanese one is only for japan.
