You can come to Texas FA.  There's more than enough room for you.

Houston is cool if you can get over the weather, which no one in their right mind should be able to.

Jesus Christ, FOC, that's a goddamned Jurassic Park hunting vehicle. Fuck.

No seriously, those things alone would help you survive a zombie attack, OR a T-Rex attack. I'm not too sure about a raptor attack, because there's so many openings through which they could easily sneak in.  :ninja

Three good basketball teams
The Rockets are OK. the Mavericks are not all that good, c'mon! and I have an undying hatred of the Spurs and I hope they, their fans, and the city of San Antonio rot in hell for all eternity.

Also, Arizona is a far better place to be when Z-day hits; soooo much more empty space. Texas has too many farms and ranches and the like while AZ has wide open uninhabited desert.

I fuckin hate whenever some asshat media comes to Texas and further pushes stereotypes like that everyone here has a cowboy hat, rides a horse to work and owns an oil well.

During the primaries CNN had some dipshit in a Walker Texas Ranger jacket and a cowboy hat find the most ass backwards hick town he could and interview them as part of the 'pulse' of Texas.  I wanted to punch that motherfucker in the face.

Customer gets upset, assaults waiter. Waiter gets free, pulls gun on customer. Shoots warning shots, and flees. Boss specifies to reporters that employees are not allowed to carry weapons while working.

tl;dr: TEXAS

I know some bore people live in Texas and I know its unfair to overly stereotype a large state like Texas but my god I would go insane living in such a place. And I say that coming from shitty Florida.

As a Texan all I can do is laugh.  Stay in the DFW/Dallas/San Antonio/Houston/Austin area and it's actually a pretty decent state.  The rest though.... Yeesh.

When I lived in California and worked in game dev, companies frequently tried to recruit me (along with every other co-worker, I'm no snowflake) -- I'd listen until they mentioned the opportunity is in Texas. I'd just tell them I am entirely uninterested in bringing my mixed-race family to Texas.
