They released a relatively large amount of info and screens on Halo 3 (360° screens, etc).

Seeing as this is a week before E3, I find it hard to tell what they'll show. I can't imagine MS not wanting to announce Bungie's new game at E3.

Maybe new Halo 3 maps (and forge stuff). Teasing their new game.
