Dragonball Z Burst Limit.

So I got this on thursday alongside Ninja Gaiden II (:bow2):

Aside from looking really, really good, the game...uh...yeah.  It sucked.  "Meh" game play like the old Budokai titles, and a roster of 21 mostly-bad character choices.  Who the fuck wants to play as a Saibaman?   ::)  Went online once.  I didn't have anyone unlocked yet, so I picked Yamcha.  My opponent was using #17.  The guy just sat there and spammed fireballs over and over and over AND OVER again, and I found I couldn't do squat to counter him.  It was easy to side step, but then he's just unleash a super move.   :-\  I thought maybe I'd keep it and go through the story mode, but I don't feel like seeing the same shit for the 348349832492349324th time.  It's boring.

Sold that crap off, but still wanted to nerd out to some Dragonball.  Never played this game before, but reviews were actually favorable:

And hey, it's fun!  This game has a whopping 161 characters, destructable environments, and even clothing damage/bruises on the characters...all of which is NOT in the "next-gen" Burst Limit.  The game play is pretty simplistic, but it is easily the best Dragonball game that captures of the "feel" of the series...flying/dashing around at high speed, quick fights, and gigantic fireballs.  Played a bunch of 2P and had some good times.  The fan service in this game is insane: music from all the various TV shows up through GT, multiple looks for the characters based on different times in the series, different outfits, ORIGINAL DRAGONBALL (:bow2) characters, hell even Ararle from Dr. Slump is there.  Good stuff.
