Seriously, I want to know what the hiring process is like for these people.
I cancel my CC 2 years ago, I call them, tell them it was canceled, they say it was removed. Awesome. I kept my reference number. Been using prepaid cards since.
Last month, I can't get on to Xbox live. At all. Odd, I still had a month and I planned on letting it go to silver for a while.
Call them up,
They tried to bill me on my cc which was canceled and removed from their system.

Ok, so I had to give them a new CC #, which they said they would charge me the 67.71 and then refund me. They did, but they refunded it to the CC which I had asked to be removed from their system 2 years ago.
So I call the bank, they said they will transfer the refund.
Call MS back, tell them not to refund again.
Ask them to take all known CC info of mine out of their system.
They say it will take up to 30 days,
and that they will have to cancel my Live account, even though I paid for it with a pre-paid card, and they will give me another code right away.
how much do you wanna bet it won't go as planned?
