RIP to my favorite rapper and the clear GOAT. Doesn't have the greatest album catalog (Tribe Called Quest/Rakim come to mind for that), but I dare you to find a rapper with more classic songs. No one touches him in terms of delivery or swagger. I hate the fact that he became too "thugged" but even then he still manged to add a level of depth and substance to his music that few "gangsta" rappers do. Rap today is full of a bunch of pretentious cats who create a gangster facade for themselves. Tupac backed up his words, for good and bad.
