This looks like a good place to hide a Wii Fit post so not too many people see it - I don't want to lose too much street cred.

Anyone here using it? I've been using it for around six weeks or so and it's been good. I'm reasonably fit otherwise as I walk every day and I've been a gym-goer for years doing aerobics/core strength/flexibility/speed type things (never been so much into body building), and I'm careful about my diet.
I was curious about it so have added it to my regular routine. I like the progress tracking and there's some pretty serious yoga poses and things in there that I'm enjoying trying to get better at. As with all exercises, even the simplest ones have plenty to work on and think about to get them right.
Since I could certainly stand to shed some fat (I'd like to lose about 7kg at the moment) I do some Wii Fit in the early evening after work to raise my metabolism a bit when it's not a gym night. I've lost around 2kg (4lbs or so) over six weeks which is nice.
I've noticed my stuff at the gym is improving a little quicker than usual since there's a lot of stretching and balance work in Wii Fit. The balance games really are mostly games I think - I don't really do them as the yoga and 'weights' exercises incorporate tons of balance work.
So if you're a "fitness person" you might enjoy it as a supplement.
