All that build up for THAT ending, that really went no weres? Seriously? Without being too spoilerific, does Season 5 atleast wrap up some of the stories from this season?

The main police stuff does take a backseat in S4.  It's back to the forefront in S5.  Everything comes crashing together, with a LOT of the main police and criminal characters getting some kind of closure by the end.
