This is such an obvious idea, I'm kind of shocked it didn't happen sooner.  This could be awesome: create your own IKEA store/warehouse maze adventure/RPG!   Ok, not really.

Fun fact: The Sims 2 is one the world's most popular and accessible CAD programs.

edited since I really don't know or care to look up autodesk's userbase sizes

I'd buy this in an instant if the game allows you to define your own floorplan. This is a great way to test out interior designs since pretty much all the furniture I buy is from them.

i saw these at Target just now, there was a Bath and Garden version...

i was also really close to buying The Witcher, but decided against supporting PC gaming
