Dyack demoed Too Human for me on the PS1 at E3 1997.

He never forgave me when I pointed out that the N64 demo of Eternal Darkness was Lovecraft. (The E3 version's text mentioned C'thulu and R'lyeh, amongst other things - they just did a search-and-replace job on the final game story.) Apparently, it's cool to rip off Lovecraft, but not cool when someone who knows what you're ripping off points it out.

To be fair, one of the books in the final game pointed out that one of the major characters had been reading a lot of Lovecraft lately.

To be fair there is no way that Too Human can be worse than Eternal Darkness.  It looks to have at least gameplay.

It might actually be a good game, I want to see how it pans out.

Denis' sysadmin needs to schedule and unplanned network outage ASAP.
