I've been to DMV 4 times this week

Monday 11am - Get the forms I need, find out the computers are down and NO ONE IS DOING ANYTHING. I bail and get lunch

Monday 3pm - I figure I'll get in near closing and they'll be pushing everyone out real fast. Oh oops the computers are still down, the room is packed, and they're doing all their shit by hand. I later find out they closed at 730 instead of 4 as a result.

Tuesday 11am - Enter building, go to show my license, LOL I left my wallet on the table at home.

Tuesday @ noon - I get my shit taken care of  :D

My friend's been jumping through hoops to get his finalized motorcycle license too. He has to drive around with a piece of paper and his regular license, but for the last step he has to mail them his regular license or some goofy shit and then he has no license at all.
