It's kinda not that good, iirc.  I only played it for like 20 minutes shortly after it came out.  I remember it being in the sort of same mold as Power Stone, except with not as much going on, of course.  I guess it might be worth it for th enovelty of playing a rare game.  I'm a pretty large Treaure fan and usually forgiving of their games flaws, but Rakugaki didn't do anything for me.
