I just watched Sweeney Todd - is it PG-13?

I wasn't sure of the rating, but - goddamn! - was it violent.  Also lots of cleavage.  Probably the most intense film Burton has made in awhile.

Great movie. R rating was deserved for the violence, I'd say. That and the cannibalism.

I didn't know it was R either. Hell I went in totally blind; I heard it was a musical but didn't know anything else. WOW

it's like a psychopathic musical. all the songs weren't good but most were imo. i thought it was great

Sweeney Todd was an interesting watch, and definitely filled 2007's quota for throat slitting, but it's not something that I really have any interest in watching a second time.
