You should be afraid Wilco, you're probably from one of the lesser states.

Texas will make us squirm!

I wasn't aware that Texas was at war with "lesser states".

psh. Texas has nothing on the Empire state of the South; also the largest state east of the Mississippi, the Goober state, and the best known nickname, the Peach State.

GA is better than crappy old Texas anyday.

How's rent out there again? What about the cost of gas? Groceries?

I remember seeing that a few months ago.  It's pretty surprising that a politician would outright lie like that on TV after being videotaped.

Wow, what a mess. Everyone is running trying to press as many buttons as possible, but sometimes they're too slow and other people beat them to it!

avoiding the redistricting thing was good though

it was a blatant attempt at a republican controlled government to rig the districts to favor their party

the only thing i remember is that ann richards was a bad ass and that the day my class toured the capital we were told proudly that the building was taller than the on in DC, the only other capital building in the nation taller.

and how crestfallen he looked when he told us it wasn't like that now because the statue was being preserved

I didn't say that redistricting was good, but our legislature is in a pretty poor state when we have to revert to that.
