I watched this movie again on my ps3 and it looked gorgeous upscaled. so I had to take a decent screenshot of it since it's also the background on my psp and ps3.

i'm taking a similar cool one in just a sec as well

and yeah, awesome awesome movie.

i'm starting to think that there's something wrong with my ps3 though. i put the image on a thumb drive and even saved another .jpg version just in case ps3 can't see .png files or something, but it still said "no media found" and it says that for everything! music, video, pictures. it's fucking worthless for media unless it's downloaded straight to the ps3 or is on a disc

i had to actually use the ps3 browser and come to the forum and save the image.

Yeah I only really bother with walls on my psp, cause I have an icon set that matches PERFECTLY with the wallpaper

awesome memory powerslave. I used the same background for my psp and ps3. the original image I used looked great on the psp but when it was blown up to 1080p it didn't look as hot. I was watching the dvd and it looked gorgeous upscaled so I took a new full dvd-res screenshot.

Yeah, their interface for this is FUCKED. Here's how you do it:
1) Go to the section you want of the XMB
2) Go to the media you want (i.e. 'external usb storage' or 'smart media card').
3) INSTEAD OF PRESSING X, PRESS TRIANGLE

This brings up a context menu, tell it to 'show all files' or whatever the similarly-worded option is.
4) BANG you can now see your shit
