Yeah, it is great.

They really need to make one of these comics every week.

YES.

I was about to make some halfway drunken emo post about being alone, and this totally prevented it.

Really well done... lots of the nuances from the show. Are there any others?

the panel where Kramer says "That adds up, you know" and you see george raising his hand was the best one

I'm watching the last episode of Freaks and Geeks right now and the thing it has in common with this comic is Dungeons and Dragons.  What the hell is it? After all these years, I still have no clue what the hell any of it is about.  Is it like a board game or something?

Okay, take any RPG or game with RPG elements in it. Like, it could be Final Fantasy, or it could be Diablo, whatever.

D&D is responsible for that game existing.

Yeah, but how do you even play Dungeons and Dragons?

All I know is that there are like these 20 sided dice, some guy sits behind a piece of cardboard, and people have stupid names (except Carlos the dwarf.)

you act out your own character, and one dude plays as god, controlling everyone else and giving info on everything around you.  you use formulas and die to determine things (i.e. how hard you hit some dude), and you buy books with info on classes, monsters, etc.  it's awesome

So it is kind of like a board game..basically.  I kind of wish I had nerdy friends to try it out with.

It's like playing make believe, but with rules and math.

The comic is pretty spot-on, except I don't see the characters playing Dungeons and Dragons.

D&D is only marginally more nerdier than Risk.  It's plausible.

No, it's a much nerdier game. And Kramer was the only one of the gang playing Risk. While I haven't watched that episode in ages, I'm pretty sure Jerry didn't even know what Risk was.

I kinda agree with Malek. D&D definitely is a huge step up in nerdiness.

I've played Risk with a bunch of my friends numerous times before, and none of us have ever touched D&D.

D and D is just a prop to bring out the characters' mannerisms and essence. I think that's what's so funny abnout the comic, not that they're playing D and D.

Jerry would never eat cheetohs, which are too messy and unhealthy. They serve as a prop too, used for a "what's the deal" joke and a "Newman!" gag.

I DON'T GET IT

I'm sure Kramer, or at least Michael Richards, would have some theories as to why you don't.
