The Doctor.  Rose.  Donna. Martha.  Captain Jack.  The Torchwood perverts.  Sarah Jane Smith.  Luke Smith.  The Judoon.  Daleks.  Davros.  Richard Dawkins (as himself).  Plus it is coming off of Turn Left, which is probably in the top 5 episodes of the new series.  I'm not even sure Russell T. Davies could mess this up.

I'm more curious as to what the drums will lead to, considering their past usage. It's turning into a fanfic story, involving every possible thing.
