Last week I bought a Used Playstation 2 and got a controller with a missing button. I haven't been able to return it until now because my father wasn't able to take me since he doesn't get home before 7pm(when they close). Will they still swap it out for me? I have the receipt and everything.
I don't have a problem paying a refurb fee or whatever, just as long as I don't have to buy a new PS2 controller.
