Yeah today is nothing compared to the weekend. It was 85 degrees in my room at 2am last night. Thats messed. I need to learn 2 cool my place or get a new place or live in my freezer.

I also have some sort of cold, I guess.  It started over night.  It's like someone came into my bedroom and blew their load into my nose last night, and it's been dribbling its way down the back of my throat all night.  I really wish I was dead today.

muck: its western wa, AC is reserved for the elite. I have an ac machine but its loud and I dont have it set up in my room since my window faces the property and im not sure how the landlord feels about ghetto AC rigs front facing.

Our bedroom is upstairs in the house, so it was even hotter. I couldn't fall asleep for the longest time.

If this keeps up, we're sleeping in the basement.

I might break down and buy a fan this year.  At least I can drive my own ass to get a fan on a whim now.  It doesn't take planning and asking someone to drive me somewhere.  Well, I guess I can either get a fan or blow a few hundred bucks at Fry's.  Fuck.  I gotta go with Fry's.  Maybe if I just build a new PC with a really big Zalman fan it might cool my apartment.

What kind of fans are those?  My brother kind of just took my standup fan, and the ones I'm using right now kinda suck.  The central air hardly reaches my upstairs bedroom, and lately I've been sleeping on the floor next to the vent.

The hotel we stayed at in Vancouver, BC had this fan in the room, it did a really good job of cooling down the room.

99% of houses in the Seattle area don't have air conditioning.

They're not cost effective out here, seeing how it's HOT for maybe a month out of the year.

Eh, mine cost $60 from Walmart. Its a small scale A/C for a single room. I don't think I could live, trying to sleep in ball sweat weather :/
