1. This is Bartok's Mikrokosmos, which range from simple etudes to technically advanced jizz sprayers. There are 50 some pieces to it total and I was leaning on the more jizz-aligned pieces.
2. I was listening to a lot of Bowie singles last week, especially while drivin' round.
3. Domestica and the good songs off of their other albums. Domestica is the only one that is awesome front to back.
4. This is Hissing Fauna, of course, which I guess is my favorite by them.

4. Beethoven's later piano sonatas, some of the most demanding piano music out there. This would be 27, 28, 29, and 32. I am not particularly fond of 30 and 31. 30 has a spiffy first movement and 31 has a pretty nice scherzo, but it's nothing that's not done better elsewhere.
7. Most of Rabbit Habits, which I kinda love.
8. Shostakovich's preludes and fugues. Not the most technically demanding stuff, but it's all very well done and adequately moody. I've heard that these pieces where actually Shostakovich's favorite out of his entire career, which is kinda cool.
8. This is either Shostakovich's string quartets or Bartok's. Maybe bits of both. I was definitely listening to both recently.
8. Was listening to Night Ripper in my car. I forgot to put the new one on my iPod.
