Also;

(Evanescence - Fallen. No I'm not emo :maf I just love them)

(Arctic Monkeys - Favorite Worst Nightmare. Just wow)

aaaaaaaaaand

MADONNA :bow

EDIT: go on and hate me :( I'm used to it everytime I bring Madonna to the table. Even with my mom :lol

I'm not a fan of Tiesto but I like Elements of Life. I played Burnout Paradise for about 60 hours only with this track. Though I told this to one of Tiesto fans and he laughed at me ??? he said it sucks lol.

I wasn't really a fan of EoL as compared to his earlier artist albums (especially "In My Memory" which has some all-time classic trance tracks on it, including "Suburban Train" perhaps the best epic trance song ever)... have you checked out any of the ISOS series though? My personal favorite is 3 of course. But if you prefer more epic, though older trance, the Magik series is good for that. Tiesto style is pretty diverse (contrary to the haters opinions), it's far more diverse than many of the other big name jocks, you can find him playing house, prog, epic and tech trance, many times in the same set... hell on his radio show he even plays some tech house.

Oh and if you like Madonna check out some of my house mixes, have a few Madonna tracks on one of them 8)

Well, combining the 2 posts above, Tiesto's rmx of Silence is another one of my favorite songs ever... Sarah McLachlan has some great remixes done for her, her voice is very suited to ethereal genres of edm like trance and prog.

Between this and you liking Perfect Dark Zero, I think we may have found our Mondain Jr.

Me, I guess I'd bring some Current 93 (not the lullaby shit), Taint and Laika. And assuming the island has some patches of weed and shrooms, some Pearl Jam and Biosphere.

I'm so glad this isn't a gaf thread full of albums nobody has ever heard of.  So much of the shit in those threads sucks.  It's like a pissing contest to see what album a person can post that's even more obscure than the last guy.

I tried. I guess Pearl Jam threw the whole thing off.  :(

Why not just bring an iPod to the desert island?  It would be easier than bringing both a CD and a CD player.  Probably gets better battery life, as well.

I got her first album a couple months ago and I'm really digging it. First Taste sounds so odd due to the various styles clashing together but omg it's sex to my ears

i wish i could get into a bad relationship with her so she's make a new, awesome album  :'(
