It's guaranteed to be fun as hell to play, and it's a "sandbox" so ample blurred textures and a certain lack of minute detail is a given, but the game really is quite ugly. Cluttered, and messy. I doubt that will matter a ton when you're in the middle of the action, but I'm not playing it for myself now so it's hard to ignore the ugliness.
