For about a week now, Ive been unable to use both of my computers online, at the same time.
Now I found a guide:

Being someone that's never done this, I basically winged it. Whenever I get to the "Enter router’s configuration" part, it never works. All it does is timeout when I try and enter it. Because I also have the D-link router, Ive just been using 192.168.0.1, is that not right? Is there something I'm missing that tells me the correct router’s configuration?
Hopefully one of you computer savy people can help me, I called Comcast
eight times and they keep telling me their system is fine.
