Lines at the Apple store is supposedly totally insane. (people who have been in since this morning are still in @ almost 2 PM)

I'll probably stop by about 4 just to see if it's calmed down to anything approaching reasonability.

I went out around 7:30 and lines were around the block. I went back around noon. They were out, and said if I paid $14, I could get one by Sunday. For some reason I told them no. Maybe next weekend.

It's weird. I was totally hyped for this a month ago, and now...meh.

The iPhone released for the first time in Australia yesterday and I'm thinking about it as I could replace my iPod with it and have the phone part for emergencies (I don't have a mobile phone because I hate them).

So far I haven't seen a plan cheap enough though.  I'd like to buy the phone outright and be on a super el-cheapo monthly fee because I'd hardly ever make a call.

Im just gonna keep my launch 8GB iphone until it crumbles to dust...

As for now - at one year old it still only has one minor scratch on it. I have carried it case-less and it has been flawless. Any other phone or smartphone was ragged out to shit at one year old mark because of moving parts or other shyt painted plastic scratches LOLZFGHZZZ

(disclaimer - i dont carry my phone around in a purse like some of you sassy boys - I usually wear jeans or cargo shorts so its gets ruffed around a bit.)

Best phone I have owned/used EVER - phone or smartphone.
