In-game? no. Every aspect of the Pixar movies, from lighting to animation to even the most subtle particles, are all pre-done to near perfection. The chance that a game which has the interaction aspect of it can surpass something that finely tuned is probably not going to happen. I mean, technically Crysis is probably a lot more impressive, but they are different. I do think that some cutscenes in Ratchet and Clank Future probably matched if not surpassed Toy Story graphics, but they were all also pre-done using the engine and assets.
