Emulation these days has never been easier. I remember when Ultra HLE, the first N64 emulator worth a damn came out (1998 I think). You had to deal with so much bullshit that it would take nearly an hour (provided you knew exactly what you were doing; if not, it was much longer) to get it set up to play Super Mario 64 at 15 fps.
Now even the most cutting edge emulators are very simple. It basically does all but hold your dick when you piss. All you do is load it up, determine the control setting, and you're there.
Sell it and don't look back. Take the profit you make off the system and enjoy some real gaming on PS3, 360, and PC. Let the Nintendo fanboys snicker in the corner talking about sales charts when they are dieing on the inside seeing Nintendos triumphant comeback involved with shit they really couldn't care less about. But put on a brave face soldiers!
The only way I would like Nintendo's sales is if I owned considerable amounts of their stock and bought it before 2004. I'm not talking the GAF investor amount of 100 shares or less, I mean $100,000+ worth.
For regular gamers? Who gives a fuck about sales except to see the butthurt behavior of the fanboys of other systems, which means fuck all in the greater scheme of things.
