I was happily surprised when I started Dr. Horrible and discovered that NPH had the titular role.  I had just assumed that Nathan Fillion would be Dr. Horrible.  So far this is pretty cool.

That doesn't work in real life.  I am totally serious about this.  When I broke my arm years ago and they were trying to put it back together, one of the doctors was trying to talk about my favorite Gameboy games and I was attempting to say Link's Awakening between the shocks of massive pain.

Dr. Horrible is typical Whedon awkwardness, but I love it. Also, How I Met Your Mother is great, too bad more people on the internetz don't give it a chance.

Even if I didn't know that Dr. Horrible was written by Whedon, it would have only taken two minutes to figure it out. The jokes, the girl plot, the musical numbers give it away.

Dr. Horrible's secret weapon is mayonnaise. In other words, the musical is whiter than my ass cheeks.

He's spot-on throughout. Awesome. My favorite line is his response to Penny's "Hey, I know you...!" in the alleyway. I laugh every time.

You don't like Bobby Flay or the Female Bobby Flay making a Tamale every episode?

But seriously, yeah, the show is pretty bad.  Iron Chef Japan has it's new home at the Fine Living Network.

Huh, I was thinking something similar yesterday. Jackson Publick has talked about how VB's main theme is "failure," and Dr. Horrible has that same vibe.

Apparently after the credits of H&K2 NPH gets up and walks away. So he's not dead and you can pretty much guarantee he'll be in 3.

Yes, was announced this week I think. Hopefully they'll finally get around to the fun times in Amsterdam.

By the time they get there, Amsterdam might not be so fun anymore.  They're trying to shed their rep.
